Socorro (Marquez) Ramos

Socorro Ramos entered an everlasting rest on Saturday, October 26th, 2024, at Holy Name Medical Center, Teaneck, NJ.

A resident of North Bergen, NJ she was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico to her parents Julia Cosme and Mariano Marquez.

Socorro joins her husband Miguel Ramos (2020) in the heavenly kingdom.

She is survived by her loving children, Miguel Ramos Jr, Awilda Montalvo, Edwin Ramos, and Noemi Ramos.

Socorro will be remembered by cherished grandchildren, Aristides Montalvo 3rd, Melanie Krystal Montalvo and Jeremiah Ezekiel Montalvo, Maurice Dudley, Klarissa Arroyo, Frank Reyes 3rd, Zachary Reyes, Yesenia Brown, Miguel Ramos 3rd, Giselle Ramos, Everette Francis, Edwin Ramos Jr, Angel Ramos, Gabrielle Ramos, Christian Ramos, Ethan Ramos, Angel Julian, Andrew Lazarus, Esmeralda Star, Emmanuel Joshua, Yvette Phoebe, Christian Matthew, Ethan Jacob, Kelly Ramsammy, Ashley Brock, Isa Brock, and Justin Brock.

She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Xzavier Montalvo, Julia Montalvo, Jayden Montalvo, Sebastian Farrior, Zachary Reyes Jr, Armani Dudley, Zaria Dandridge, Zy’Leah Dandridge, Aubrey Luna, Brandon Luna, Rylee Luna, and Makai Luna.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday, November 8th, 2024, from 4:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm, at the funeral home.

Morning visitation will be on Saturday, November 9th, 2024, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Rosehill Cemetery, Linden, NJ.
