Rosa Ofelia Hernandez entered everlasting rest on Monday, May 22nd, 2023, at Emerson Health and Rehabilition Center, Emerson, NJ.

Residing in Emerson, NJ she was born in Medellin, Colombia to her parents Alfredo Acosta and Ramona Elisa (Gutierrez).

Rosa is survived by her beloved children Jaime, Olivia, Beatriz, and Fabian Hernandez Acosta.

She will also be remembered by her cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday, May 22th, 2023, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
