Rigoberto Paneque Peña passed away on April 19, 2026.

Born in Granma, Cuba, he was the beloved son of Virgen Peña and Romilio Paneque. Rigoberto later made his home in Union City, New Jersey, where he proudly worked for the City of Union City.

Rigoberto will be remembered as a devoted father, grandfather, son, and brother. He leaves behind his loving children, Diana, Disnier, and Jorge Paneque; his cherished grandson, Luca Paneque; his dear parents, Virgen Peña and Romelio Paneque; as well as many brothers and sisters who will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday, April 24th, 2026, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm

Nacido en Granma, Cuba, fue el querido hijo de Virgen Peña y Romilio Paneque. Más adelante estableció su hogar en Union City, Nueva Jersey, donde trabajó con orgullo para la Ciudad de Union City.

Rigoberto será recordado como un padre, abuelo, hijo y hermano dedicado. Le sobreviven sus amados hijos, Diana, Disnier y Jorge Paneque; su querido nieto, Luca Paneque; sus padres, Virgen Peña y Romelio Paneque; así como muchos hermanos y hermanas que siempre guardarán su memoria en sus corazones.

El velatorio para familiares y amigos será el viernes, 24 de abril de 2026, de las 4:00 a las 8:00 pm
