A resident of West New York, NJ, he was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala.

Oscar is survived by his devoted wife Sonia Ramos and their loving children Kimberly Ramos, Marlon A. Ramos, and Carolina Ramos.

He leaves behind his dear parents Jose Roberto Ramos Roche and Victoria D. Lopez

He will be remembered by his adored grandchildren Fernando, Noah, Raegan, Theo, and Hartley Ramos.

He will be missed by his brother Hector Rolando Ramos.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm.
