A resident of Miami Beach, FL, she was born in Sagua La Grande, Las Villa, Cuba to her parents Luis Otaola and Amelia Del Castillo.

Olga is survived by her loving children Olga Alpizar, Antonio Pelaez Jr. and Luis M. Pelaez.

She will be remembered by her beloved grandchildren Elissa, Sebastian, Orlando, Anthony, and Natalia.
