Nina Marie Wyer

Nina Marie Wyer, 29, of North Bergen, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.

Born in Secaucus, NJ, Nina was the beloved daughter of Christina Vescuso and Timothy Wyer. She grew up surrounded by family and carried that love with her throughout her life. Nina was known for her vibrant spirit, her kindness, and the deep devotion she had for those closest to her. If you knew Nina, you knew she had a giant heart—and when she loved you, she loved you fiercely and without hesitation.

Nina’s greatest joy was her daughter, Olivia Castillo, who was the center of her world. She is survived by her loving husband, Fernando Castillo; her daughter, Olivia Castillo; her devoted mother, Christina Vescuso, and her husband, Michael Mitarotonda; her loving father, Timothy Wyer, and his wife, Cynthia; her brother, Dillon Vescuso; her sister, Giannarose Wyer; and her paternal grandmother, Delores Wyer. Nina also leaves behind many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Her warmth, loyalty, and unforgettable presence will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Barquin Funeral Home in Guttenberg, New Jersey.

Nina will be remembered always and loved forever.
