Of West New York, NJ she was born in Santo Domingo, D.R. to her parents Jose Antonio Guerrero and Mercedes (Peguero).

She is survived by her loving children Nurys Guerrero and Alejandro Tejeda.

She will be remembered by her adored grandchildren Emiveris (Amy) Alcantara and Yeudis Alcantara and her cherished great grandchildren Amaury Salters, Yeudis (Titico) Alcantara and Yerasmy Alcantara.
