Luis Medina

Luis Medina, 76, of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 27, 2026, at Jefferson Hospital in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Born in Cataño, Puerto Rico, he was the beloved son of the late Virginia Báez and Luis Medina Cruz. Luis carried with him a deep love for his heritage and family throughout his life.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Elisa Medina, and their loving children, Luis, Edwin, Damaris, and Elizer Medina. He was a cherished grandfather to Christopher A. and Isaiah A. Medina, Raquel A. Gonzalez, Alexandra M., Jasmine M., and Talia Medina, and a proud great-grandfather to Xavier, Anaise, Noah, and Jacob. Luis is also survived by his dear siblings, Rosa, Very, and  Jose, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him deeply.

Luis will be remembered for his warmth, his strength, and the love he shared with those around him. His presence brought comfort and joy to his family, and his memory will be held close in their hearts.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Hoboken Cemetery in North Bergen, NJ.
