Con profunda tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de Lucía G. Gómez.

Falleció el miércoles 12 de noviembre de 2025 en el Hospital Regional Hudson de Secaucus, Nueva Jersey.

Residente de North Bergen, Nueva Jersey, Lucía nació en La Habana, Cuba, hija de Carmen González y Francisco Rivero.

Le sobreviven su esposo, German Gómez, y su hija, Lissette Gómez.

También le sobreviven sus queridos hermanos, Alfredo Rivero y Zoraida Lastra.

El velorio para familiares y amigos se llevará a cabo el lunes 17 de noviembre de 2025, de 4:00 a 8:00 pm en la funeraria.

La misa funeral se celebrará el martes 18 de noviembre a las 10 am en la iglesia católica de San Agustín, Union City, NJ.

El sepelio tendrá lugar a continuación en el Cementerio George Washington Memorial Park de Paramus, Nueva Jersey.

 

We are saddened to announce the passing of Lucia G. Gomez.

She passed away on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025, at the Hudson Regional Hospital in Secaucus, NJ.

A resident of North Bergen, NJ, Lucia was born in Havana, Cuba, to her parents, Carmen Gonzalez and Francisco Rivero.

She is survived by her loving husband, German Gomez, and her daughter, Lissette Gomez.

Lucia leaves behind her dear siblings, Alfredo Rivero and Zoraida Lastra.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Monday, November 17th, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Funeral Mass to be celebrated on Tuesday, November 18th, 10 am at St. Augustine RC Church, Union City, NJ.

Interment to follow at the George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, NJ.
