Juan Reyes

The vibrant Juan Reyes of Cienfuegos, Cuba, passed away at the age of 87, surrounded by loved ones, on February 15, 2025.

We celebrate his legacy and wish him peace for all of eternity. A radiant and enigmatic spirit, his loving contributions, generosity of spirit, and zest for life were timeless gifts to all he encountered. He was a revolutionary warrior at heart.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalia Reyes and Manuel Reyes; and his brothers, Andre and Joseito Reyes.

He is survived by: his wife, Edith Reyes; his daughter, Olga Cartagena; his son-in-law, Ariel Cartagena; his son Juan Carlos Reyes; his grandchildren, Erika, Jillian, and Alec Cartagena; Jon Michael and Juliana Reyes; his siblings, Bienvenido, Marcelo, and Leonides; and his great-granddaughter, Isabella Reyes, and great- grandson, Tiago.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Morning visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 19th from 9:00 – 10:00 am.
