Residing in West New York, NJ he was born in Cayey, Puerto Rico to his parents Domingo Ramos and Venancia Martinez.
He was predeceased by his grandson Armando.
Jose is survived by his devoted life partner Gladys Cotto and by his beloved children Silkia Ramos-Felix, Glaimy Malave, Vivian Cotto.
He will be remembered by his cherished grandchildren Jathniel, Nancy, Kassandra, Geraldo, Dylan along with his 15 loving great grandchildren.
Jose also leaves behind his dear sisters Gladys Munoz and Gloria Morales.
