Jose Acosta surrounded by his family entered eternal peace on Friday, February 28th, 2025, at Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, NJ

A long-time resident of West New York, NJ he was born in Cardenas, Matanzas, Cuba to his parents Jose Acosta and Angelica.

Jose will join his wife Lidia Acosta in heaven.

He is survived by his loving sons, Jose Acosta, along with his wife, Francisca,  Javier Acosta, along with his wife Jacqueline, and Richard Acosta.

He will be remembered by his adored grandchildren Jacklyn, Daniel, Olivia, Alexander, Mateo, Matthew, Logan, and Emma.

He will be remembered by his cherished great-grandchildren Scott, Lola, and Penelope.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday, March 4th, 2025, from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Morning Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, from 9:00 – 10:00 am at the funeral home.

Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 am.

Entombment to follow at Fairview Mausoleum in Fairview, NJ.

José Acosta, rodeado de su familia, entró en la paz eterna el viernes 28 de febrero de 2025 en el Palisades Medical Center en North Bergen, Nueva Jersey.

Residente de largo tiempo en West New York, Nueva Jersey, el nació en Cárdenas, Matanzas, Cuba, de sus padres José Acosta y Angélica.

José se unirá a su esposa Lidia Acosta en el cielo.

Le sobreviven sus amados hijos, José Acosta,  junto con su esposa, Francisca,  Javier Acosta,  junto con su esposa Jacqueline, y Richard Acosta.

Lo recordarán sus adorados nietos Jacklyn, Daniel, Olivia, Alexander, Mateo, Matthew, Logan y Emma.

Lo recordarán sus queridos bisnietos Scott, Lola y Penélope.

El velatorio para familiares y amigos será el martes 4 de marzo de 2025, de 4:00 pm a 8:00 p. m. en la funeraria.

El velatorio matutino será el miércoles 5 de marzo de 2025, de 9:00 a 10:00 a.m., en la funeraria.

El servicio fúnebre comenzará a las 10:00 a.m.

El entierro se realizará en el mausoleo de Fairview, en Fairview, Nueva Jersey.
