Jaycob Luis Moreno entered everlasting rest on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at his residence, in West New York, NJ.
He was born in North Bergen, NJ to his parents Luis Moreno and Diana Sabori.
Jaycob is survived by his loving mother Diana Sabori, his dear siblings Destiny Maldonado, Joseph Vazquez, Alejandro Pino and Xavier Tapia.
He also leaves behind his grandparents, Idelso Sabori, Amparo Gutierrez and Nora Abreu.
His cherished nieces and nephew Aniyah Maldonado, Aaliyah Vazquez, and Christian Hernandez.
His aunts and uncles Erika Sabori, Niurka Abreu, Caridad Moreno, Pablo Moreno, Erik Sabori, Orestes Sabori, Osledy Sabori.
His cousins Xavier Ramos, Xavian Gonzalez and many more.
Visitation for Jaycob will take place on Tuesday, June 16th from 3-8 pm, at the funeral home. With no more than 50 people at a time.
