Of West New York, NJ he was born in New York, New York to his parents Humberto Garo Santana and Nelly (Rodriguez).

He is survived by his beloved parents and his dear siblings Rafael Garo, Aileen Lara, Candida Garo, Ana Silvia Garo, and Mari Garo.

Visitation for family and friends will be Sunday, February 21st, 2021 from 3-7 pm at the funeral home with no more than 50 people at a time.

Funeral Mass will be Monday, February 22nd, at 11:00 am at St. Joseph’s of the Palisades R.C Church, West New York, NJ.

Entombment to follow at Holy Name Mausoleum, Jersey City, NJ.
