Guillermo Antonio Alvarez Posada entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 8th, 2025, at Holy Name Medical Center, Teaneck, NJ.

A resident of Cliffside Park, he was born in Riosucio Caldas, Colombia.

Guillermo will join his wife, Elcira, in the heavenly kingdom.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Claudia Nazareth Alvarez, Zoraida Alvarez Pacheco, and Lisette Viviana Gutierrez.

Guillermo leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Victoria Lynn Gomez, Sophia Alexis Gomez, Alejandro Mauralanda, and Natalie Isabella Vera. He is also survived by his sister Alba Lucia.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Cremation services will be private.

Residente de Cliffside Park, nació en Riosucio, Caldas, Colombia.

Guillermo se unirá a su esposa, Elcira, en el reino celestial.

Le sobreviven sus queridas hijas: Claudia Nazareth Alvarez, Zoraida Alvarez Pacheco y Lisette Viviana Gutierrez.

Guillermo deja a sus queridos nietos: Victoria Lynn Gomez, Sophia Alexis Gomez, Alejandro Mauralanda y Natalie Isabella Vera. También le sobrevive su hermana Alba Lucia.

El velatorio para familiares y amigos se llevará a cabo el martes 12 de agosto de 2025, de 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. en la funeraria.

El servicio de cremación será privado.
