Gilbert L Rivero, surrounded by his family, entered everlasting rest on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Palisades Medical Center, North Bergen, NJ

Residing in Guttenberg, NJ he was born in Manicaragua, Las Villa, Cuba to his parents, Florinda Rodriguez and Gilberto Rivero.

Gilbert is survived by his dear sister Florita Avelenda and his dear niece Saily Avelenda along with her husband Jerry Jewusiak and his nephew Avelino J. Avelenda along with his wife Lizbet Vidals.

He is also remembered by his grand-nephews Luke, Jack, Ryan, and Eric.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, April 25th from 8 - 10 am at the funeral home

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 25th @ 10:30 am at St. Augustine R.C. Church, Union City, NJ

Entombment to follow the mass at Flower Hill Mausoleum, North Bergen, NJ.

Residiendo en Guttenberg, NJ el nació en Manicaragua, Las Villa, Cuba, a  sus padres, Florinda Rodriguez y Gilberto Rivero.

A Gilbert le sobreviven su querida hermana Florita Avelenda y su querida sobrina Saily Avelenda junto con su esposo Jerry Jewusiak y su sobrino Avelino J. Avelenda junto con su esposa Lizbet Vidals.

También es recordado por sus sobrinos nietos Luke, Jack, Ryan y Eric.

El velorio para familiares y amigos se llevará el martes 25 de abril de 8 a. m. a 10 a. m. en la funeraria.

La Misa de funeral se celebrará el martes 25 de abril a las 10:30 am en St. Augustine R.C. Iglesia, Union City, NJ.

Entierro después de la Misa en el Mausoleo de Flower Hill, North Bergen, NJ.
