A Esther le sobreviven sus amados hijos José L. Algarín y su esposa Teresa, Elmy Algarín y Alberto Algarín.

La recordarán sus adorados nietos José, Jairo, Claudia, Sócrates Gutiérrez, Andrea, Gabriel, Alberto Mario, John Jairo, Carlos Alberto, Laura y Adrián Camilo Algarín.

Deja atrás a sus queridos bisnietos Andrew, Damyan, Dominic, Patrick Gutierrez, Xavier Lazo, Adhara Algarin y Mariangel Mitrovic y sus queridos hermanos Lidy Alicea, Sila, Glodoaldo y Luis García.

El velorio para familiares y amigos será el jueves 9 de junio de 2022, de 4 a 8 p. m. en la funeraria.

El velorio matutino será el viernes 10 de junio de 2022, de 9:00 a. m. a 10:00 a. m. en la funeraria.

El funeral será el viernes a las 10:00 am.

El entierro seguirá en el cementerio de Hoboken en North Bergen, NJ.

Esther Sofia Algarin entered eternal rest on Tuesday, June 7th, 2022, at Harborage in North Bergen, NJ.

Of Union City, NJ she was born in Baranquilla, Colombia to her parents Luis Garcia and Carmen (Perez).

Esther is survived by her loving children Jose L. Algarin and his wife Teresa, Elmy Algarin and Alberto Algarin.

She will be remembered by her adored grandchildren Jose, Jairo, Claudia, Socrates Gutierrez, Andrea, Gabriel, Alberto Mario, John Jairo, Carlos Alberto, Laura, and Adrian Camilo Algarin.

She leaves behind her cherished great grandchildren Andrew, Damyan, Dominic, Patrick Gutierrez, Xavier Lazo, Adhara Algarin, and Mariangel Mitrovic and her dear siblings Lidy Alicea, Sila, Glodoaldo, and Luis Garcia.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, June 9th, 2022, from 4 – 8 pm at the funeral home.

Morning visitation will be on Friday, June 10th, 2022, from 9:00 – 10:00 am at the funeral home.

Funeral Service will be on Friday at 10:00 am.

Interment to follow at Hoboken Cemetery in North Bergen, NJ.
