Resident of West New York, NJ he was born in Ventanas, Ecuador to his parents Fausto Ochoa and Josefina Raquel (Toral).
He is survived by his longtime girlfriend Rina and his loving children Gustavo and Michelle.
He leaves behind his adored grandchildren Joseph, Sean, Miah and Carlos III.
Visitation for family and friends will be Sunday, July 2nd, 2023, from 2:00-6:00 pm at the funeral home.
