He was raised in Montvale, NJ, where he created many special bonds with his friends.
Carlos is survived by his cherished parents and his dear sisters, Elena Rubio Diaz and Amanda Rubio Leo.
Memorial Mass will be offered on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024, 9:30 am at St. Joseph of the Palisades R.C Church, West New York, NJ.
