Adele is survived by her loving children, Jackie Hernandez, Denise Dominguez, Joann and Carl Worthington.
She will be remembered by her adored grandchildren, Gage, Natasha, Hector, Sierra, Asia, Mariah, Joshua, and Kourtney.
