Rafael Percio Perez entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 18th, 2019, at Jersey City Medical Center.

Of Jersey City, NJ he was born in Guayubin, Dominican Republic.

He is survived by his loving spouse Adelina Lora, his adored children Rafael Perez Jr., Jose Rafael Perez, Alfany Perez and Ralfis Perez, his cherished grandchildren Anthony, Melissa, and Melany Perez, and his dear siblings Anacaona, Mileydis, Flor, Nina and Tito.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 24th, from 11 am to 3 pm at the funeral home.
