Milagros Maria Lazo-Hernandez

Milagros Maria Lazo-Hernandez surrounded by her family passed away on Wednesday, October 17th, 2019, at Palisades Medical Center, North Bergen, NJ.

Of West New York, NJ, she was born in San Jose de las Lajas, Havana, Cuba to her late parents Salvador Lazo-Perez and Maria Josefa Hernandez-Perez.

She is survived by her loving children Ana Luisa Lazo-Hernandez, Jorge Monte de Oca-Lazo and Caridad Jimenez-Lazo.

Her Cherished grandchildren Andy, William, Daniel, Ildelicia, David, Amia, Yosvany, Yoslady, Yancarlos and Yelenia Lazo.

Her adored great grandchildren Dominic, Joshue, Jiannie, Jaylani, Janiyah, Yuliza, Ethan, Kenzie, Yoseph, Yulian, Yariel and Angelina.

She also leaves behind her dear siblings Mirta, Miguel, Milian, Mirialdo, Michael, Minerva and Mireya Lazo.

Visitation will be held Sunday, October 20th, from 2:00 – 9:00 pm, at the funeral home.

Funeral Mass will be Monday, October 21st, 10:15 am, at St. Joseph’s of the Palisades R.C. Church, West New York, NJ.

Interment to follow mass at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, NJ.
