Sherlyn (Diaz) Telcide, surrounded by her family, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at her home.

Of North Bergen, NJ, Sherlyn was born in Queens, NY.

She was employed by the North Bergen Board of Education as a Special Education Teacher at Lincoln School for the past 12 years.

Sherlyn was full of life.  She had a big heart and a passion for working with her students who loved her dearly.  She enjoyed music and dancing and always had a smile on her face.

Sherlyn is survived by her loving family, her devoted husband Alex and their children Devin and Aiden, her dear parents Wilma (Natali) and Danilo Diaz and her brother Danilo Diaz.

Visitation will take place on Monday from 3 – 9 PM.

Funeral Services will take place on Tuesday, 11:00 AM at the funeral home.

Interment to follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, NJ.
